The Premier League Health cricket sessions are a free, fun and enjoyable, turn up and play type session, giving men in the Blackburn with Darwen area the chance to play badminton with other men and socialise, as well as improving the level of physical activity they partake in and progress their awareness around health.

Within the sessions participants have the chance to speak to the project officer and health trainer about health issues they may have and are given the chance to partake in a mini health MOT looking at height, weight and body mass index. There are also opportunities to take part in tournaments.

Current sessions take place at Whalley Range Cricket Club, St. Bede's Sports College, Blackburn every Wednesday from 7pm - 9pm. Males aged 18+ are welcome to attend.
