The Advanced Coaching Centre is a chance for grassroots players to develop their footballing skills, training with players of a similar proficient standard to improve their general game. Sessions are delivered as 10 week activity blocks by experienced, FA qualified Blackburn Rovers Community Trust coaches, professional scouts from the Blackburn Rovers' Academy being invited to attend the last session to watch the players in game action demonstrating the skills they have developed over the period.

All aspects of the game are covered - passing; movement; shooting; communication; dribbling; heading; tactics - expanding on players' strengths and developing identified areas of weakness to help improve performance.

Advanced Coaching Centres are usually held on Monday evenings (subject to change).  Invited participants are in the main identified through activities run by staff from Blackburn Rovers Community Trust including school sessions, community sessions or other coaching clubs.

One recommended route through which to join the Advance Coaching Centre would be to attend our Saturday Morning Coaching Clubs which are held at the Blackburn Rovers Indoor Centre, Ewood Park, between 9.00am - 12.15pm (exact session time according to age).
