The Blackburn Rovers Community Trust 'Kickz' project is pleased to be working in partnership with Shin-Gi-Ruh Muay Thai Kickboxing camp to deliver weekly sessions.

The fighting art of Muay Thai originates from Thailand and is widely believed to be over 2000 years old.  It is often referred to as the 'science of eight limbs' as it employs not only punching and kicking techniques but elbows and knees as well.

The FREE sessions will take place on-site at Shin-Gi-Ruh every Saturday from 11am to 12pm, starting on 23rd July. Boys and girls, aged 11-17 are invited to attend. Shin Gi Ruh is based at Unit 8, Whalley Range Business Park, Boyle St, Blackburn, BB1 6DG.

Sessions are delivered by experienced instructors and are aimed at improving physical fitness, learning the techniques of Muay Thai and becoming more disciplined.
