Boxercise®

Blackburn Rovers Community Trust is delighted to announce the commencement of weekly Boxercise® classes to be held at Blackburn Rovers Sports Arena (behind Darwen Vale High School, Blackburn Road).

The weekly classes will commence on Thursday 6th October and run from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Males and females aged 18+ are welcome to attend. Cost is £4 per session or a 10-week block booking costs £30.

The classes will be delivered in a fun environment and are aimed at improving fitness, toning muscles, increasing strength and improving balance, co-ordination, timing and technique.
